Overview

Swiss Blood Stem Cells (SBSC) is a division of Swiss Transfusion SRC and runs the Swiss Blood Stem Cell Registry since 1988 with worldwide reputation. Since then we gathered valuable experience in setting up and managing the registry and modernized its processes with state-of-the-art technology.

The division iBLOCS within Swiss Transfusion SRC was created to share this expert knowledge through consulting other registries, organizations, and interested persons worldwide. Our goal is to serve you through our know-how.

Our services cover the whole range of registry tasks from donor recruitment and management to HLA matching and medical coordination. All our solutions can be customized to serve your specific needs.

Organization

The service center iBLOCS is within the corporate structure of Swiss Transfusion SRC. iBLOCS provides internal and external customer services in the field of blood stem cell donor search. The service center was established in 2011 by collaborators of SBSC (Swiss Blood Stem Cells) the Swiss Blood Stem Cells Registry. The iBLOCS team consists of professionals with background in Medicine, IT, Consulting, Project Management and Administration.
